5. Payments & Refunds

• Fees are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.
• Refunds are subject to the service plan and local consumer laws.
• We may change fees with notice, which will not affect prior purchases.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy practices. We use minimal and proportionate data, and we do not sell personal data.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GreenRock Coaching will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
